Continuing Education Opportunities
Come explore this modality of techniques aimed at improving the function of the fascia. Review the structure and function of this system. Learn and practice or refine your techniques to help free up tissue that should move, glide, and slide. This work can be incorporated into every massage whether you are warming up tissue before your relaxation massages or as part of addressing problem areas with therapeutic work.

WSMT’s massage therapy continuing education classes are designed to provide practical massage skills ready for immediate application in clinical practice. Classes typically run one day (4–8 hours) and focus on skill-based instruction.
Course offerings may include specialized techniques such as cupping, lymphatic drainage and other advanced massage therapy modalities. All classes are taught in person for hands-on practice, instructor feedback and a collaborative learning environment. Continuing education credits (CEUs) are awarded upon successful completion.
Wisconsin Massage Therapy Continuing Education Requirements
Licensed massage therapists in Wisconsin are required to complete 24 hours of continuing education for license renewal, including 2 hours of ethics, in accordance with state regulations. Massage therapy licenses in Wisconsin must be renewed every other year.
