We had a booth at Spring Fest this past Saturday at Hamilton High School in Sussex.  We provided free postural analysis.  We also had fun interacting with the kids and families who came out.  We had bones and facts for them to discover. It was a lot of fun!

Now here is another breathing exercise for you.  It's called Bumblebee Breath.  It reduces worry, heightens attention, and generates feelings of bliss.  Perfect for a spring day!

1.  Close eyes using top three fingers of each hand.  Place pinkies on the base of your nostrils, and use your thumbs to cover both openings of your ears.

2.  Inhale regularly and on exhalation make a humming sound, drawing it out as long as you can.

3.  Continue for 2-8 minutes.

4.  Enjoy the hummmmmmmmmmm!
