Well, I woke up to this the other day so it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here. The shoveling, manhandling of snow removal equipment, and stressful driving have all contributed to many "emergency" client appointments around the office. We've seen sore necks, shoulders and backs. Try to take it easy out there people! Get someone to help you, take hot chocolate breaks, and try to relax a little and enjoy it. It really is beautiful. |

Here I am with our WSMT- sponsored tree for the Washington County Humane Society. Each year they celebrate a festival of trees and sponsors donate trees they have decorated which are then sold or raffled off. All proceeds go to support of the shelter. This is our Wonder Winterland tree with woodland animals and icy doodads. It was a lot of fun and sure to become an annual tradition. I hold a special fondness for this shelter because they brought me my little dog, Hudson. This weekend I will be heading to Grand Forks, North Dakota to teach Hot Stone Massage at a school there. I'll bring back a report for you. Many thanks to the folks at Josef's School of Hair Design for inviting me to come and also to expand my class to include the use of essential oils with the stones. I look forward to meeting these new therapists 2 states away! |
