Tuition, Fees, and Refunds

Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy is pleased to offer the Massage Therapy program at an affordable price that includes required text material as well as a massage table.

Tuition options are available, including a generous financing option. Payment arrangements must be made prior to the first session of classes.

Tuition Includes:

  • 630 Hours of Instruction, Supervision, and Practice
  • All Required Textbooks
  • Massage Table

Tuition Payment Schedule:

Option 1

$1000.00 to be sent in with application
$6700.00 is due on the first day of class
$7700.00 Total Tuition

Option 2

$1000.00 to be sent in with application
$6700.00 financed through school
$ 335.00 5% fee for financing*
$8035.00 Total tuition

* = Under this option monthly payments must be made for the amount financed through the school. Tuition must be paid in full by the end of the course in order to graduate. Students completing 60% of the course are responsible for the full tuition amount. Monthly payments and financing fee are flexible depending upon the amount financed with the school. These details will be individually arranged at the time of application.  In addition, other options may be available depending upon varying situations so please ask what we have currently available.

Option 3

WSMT has become an approved school

 for student loans through

SLM Financial,

A Sallie Mae Company.

 

SLM provides student loans for those eligible with up to a 15 year repayment term keeping monthly payments low.  Payments may be deferred or interest-only while in school.  If using a cosigner they may be removed after 24 consecutive, on-time payments of principle and interest.

 

You can borrow from a minimum of $1000 up to the total cost of your education, less other aid received.  That includes tuition and expenses such as books, fees, a computer, and living expenses.  Up to 60% of the tuition amount is allowable for expenses, not to exceed $6000. 

 

SLM Financial responds within 24 hours of application so you’ll know right away if you are approved and what your rates will be.

$100.00 Student Insurance (information provided the first day of class)
$50.00 CPR and First Aid Training
$40.00 / hour Any make up/tutoring time with instructors

Refunds and Cancellations

Students may cancel their application by calling the school within 3 business days of submission for a full refund of all tuition paid. Refunds will be made within 10 business days.

Refunds for withdrawn or dismissed students are granted on a pro-rata basis calculated by the percentage of weeks of school attended. Students who attend at least 60% of the program will not be granted a refund. The portion of the tuition for books and table (approximately $1000) is not refundable. Students would be responsible for selling these items themselves. Students will receive any refunds due within 40 days of dismissal or withdrawal.
